Alo Moves Unraveling
In less than a month I’ll be a mom of 3, and while I got my hydration down, I figured I’d “get back into shape”, starting now. To be honest, I haven’t had a regular workout routine since my concussion back in September, and when my pregnancy was confirmed shortly after, followed by lots of morning sickness, I kind of just put exercise on the back burner. Unless you count chasing my kids around and taking the stairs over the elevator . . .
ZYIA Active Unboxing and Review
Good morning, afternoon, evening – whatever time it is (I can’t keep track anymore). It seems I can’t keep track of most things these days… Especially the cake. Oh, the cake. I’ve consumed more slices than I can count over the last two months... Threes months? At least I’m staying active or at least trying. I recently started my yoga journey again and my progress seems to be the one really awesome thing I have kept track of. Well, other than my ZYIA Active order . . .
